Develop, configure, support and maintain technical aspects of systems according to relevant standards, methods and tools in order to meet business requirements in terms of functional and technical performance of systems, development and service level agreements.
Ensuring Digital Platform services are met within agreed SLAs.
To provide successful resolution on all requests, accurately and efficiently.
Provide advice and guidance on technical issues to Canon staff.
To maintain the documentation of all systems, assets and work processes.
To support and respond to the client facing team
Salary: £35,317 + 5% bonus
